Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajhan, combines the traditional yogic tools of asana (posture) and pranayama (breathe) with mudra, mantra, and deep relaxation into unique series of yogic sets called kiyas, and meditations.
Benefits include: Increased strength and muscle tone, free flow and glandular, increased power or projection, and an open heart and deep sense of connection and trust.
These are no levels classes. No experience is required. Most sequences are done sitting or lying down with the closed, no adjustments are given and students practice each guided kriyas at their at their own pace. Work up a sweat, or simply enjoy the energetic connection with others. Music is an aspect of every kundalini class; used to deepen heighten the experience.
